A deposit of 30% of the tour price per person by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges is required upon confirmation of your booking (if this amount is less than US$500, the full payment will apply).
The balance will be paid 15 days prior to the check in date, or you can pay us upon arrival in cash or credit card when we meet in Hanoi.

- Cancellation will be charged as follow:
+ More than 15 days prior check in date. No charge.
+ 7-14 days before check in date: 50% on total value of the trip charged.
+ Within 1-6 days before check in date: 100% on total charged.
+ No-Show: 100% on total charge.
Cancellation have to be sent and received by cruise specialist of Halong Bay Cruise in writing (By email or fax)

- Children from 6 to 11 years old stay with parents will be charge US$ 140
- 1 child from 6 to 11 years old stay with 1 adult will be discount 10% from the cabin rate.
- 2 children stay in 1 private cabin will be discount 20% from the cabin rate.
- Children under 6 years old sharing existing bed with parent: Free Of Charge
Surcharge for Christmas Eve (24 December) and New Year Eve (31 December): US$ 30 per adult and US$ 25 per child
